Best Companies has awarded Epiphany a two-star accreditation, representing an "outstanding" level of employee engagement.
The independent survey, which gives every employee the opportunity to fully disclose their working life at Epiphany, scored the agency highly across both personal growth and team-working categories, while the statement “I feel proud to work for this organisation” drove the most positive sentiment from staff.
Managing director Tom Salmon reflected on what the accreditation means. He said: "Our people are the most important part of our agency and we place great emphasis on creating a great place to work. Two stars represents 'outstanding engagement' within the Best Companies framework - it's something that we're extremely proud of and have plans to build upon in the future."
In a video announcing the result, Jonathan Austin, Best Companies CEO remarked; "Epiphany has been awarded a Best Companies Two Star Accreditation status, which represents an outstanding level of engagement. Well done indeed."
Epiphany has also created a whole host of staff wellbeing initiatives over the last 12 months, including life assurance, home working days and increased holiday entitlement. On top of this, staff members have access to a range of partnership benefits through Jaywing, such as a discounted rate for TV and broadband packages through Sky’s partner scheme.
